This one’s for our Europe-based Palm Pre users who want to break-up with the exclusive Pre carrier in their country. Thanks to the Rebel Simcard II you can do just that, while paying only £10.99 ($17.95) for the pleasure. The mentioned card sits between your carrier’s SIM, that’s O2 and the Pre’s SIM slot, bypassing network locks and allowing access to other network’s services, 3G data included. Here’s how they did it in the video above.

Yeah.
The 'rebelsim' is really just a slim sliver of circuitry that fits onto your sim making it a fraction of a milimetre thicker. Depending on what phone you use it on it can be a bit fiddly at first, but I've used it on E71 and Samsung Pixon ... I just wouldn't try it in an iPhone (if it did get ' stuck' in an iPhone you can't just open it, right?! wink.gif )

I'd say it should. On my e71 there isn t much wriggle room for the sim and there's no problem. And I just tried it in a Samsung Jet and a Galaxy...no problems.
Just don t drink coffee before you do it wink.gif it's really a flimsy fragile thing and trying to not touch the contacts is not so easy lol.gif But mine's been working for a year, and I'm usually impatient wink.gif
